Privacy Policy
1. Personal information will be contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

2. Personal Information will be collected to assist developers in providing the services you request at any of the services we provide.

3. We handle your personal data and data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Riders Policy
1. The riders are in charge of the delivery of the product sold in the business.

2. They are covered by The Labor Code of the Philippines for their protection and fair treatment.
​
3. The riders may refuse to accept outbound orders at any time.
​
4. They are not allowed extra assistance in connection with the items delivered. They will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused from such activity.
Chosen Sellers
1. Mandaluyong Public Market vendors is the entity that will provide the products or perform services under the contract.
​
2. All sellers must abide by the nature of the business. They must not make other processes for a particular purpose that is not aligned with the contract.
​
3. Mandaluyong City’s LGU has the privilege to choose the sellers.
Deliveries
1. Only purchased parcels within Mandaluyong City are expected to deliver within the same day.
The customer shall collect the goods by the agreed delivery deadline or, if a delivery deadline has not been firmly agreed upon, without undue delay, the items will be canceled and is open for repurchase.
If the customer defaults on taking receipt of the goods, we shall not be liable for accidental destuction of, loss of or damage to the goods.
Users can only cancel the delivery if the store hasn’t prepared their orders yet.
Revenue
The EASYPalengke Revenue will be divided into two: 70% will be allotted to the LGU of Mandaluyong City and the rest of the 30% will go to flickered.
Payment terms

​The amount invoiced shall be paid in accordance with the Cash on Delivery payment terms only as recorded in the invoice.
Maintenance and Restrictions

1. Every software update, the website will not be available for users. Software updates will be performed quarterly.
​
2. You may not change or copy this website without permission.
​
3. Advance notes will be given to users to inform new patches to be expected on the appointed date.
​
4. The team may cancel one’s license if one breaches the stated terms.
